Twisters Athletics Classes

Tumble-Tots:
This is a parent-tot program designed for children crawling to age 3. It is a great way for young children to interact with other kids their age and size. It is also a great opportunity for moms to get a little work-out while having fun with their babies. We also do a 15 minute ball exercise workout at the end of this class.
Class time: 45 minutes. Cost: $35 per month.

Little Tumblers:
Ages 3 to 5. In this class we work on basic gymnastics skills. Our main focus for this class is to work on coordination and balance. This class will also teach them to follow directions (following a circuit), and to take turns, all while having fun.
Class time: 55 minutes. Cost: $40 per month.

Beginners:
Ages 5 to 8. This class is for girls who have less than 6 months gymnastics experience. They will learn basic gymnastics skills. They will also work on coordination and balance skills. It is a great place for someone to try the program to see what gymnastics is all about.
Class time: 1 hour. Cost: $45 per month.

Beginner Boys:
Ages 5 and up. This is a class for boys who have less than 6 months gymnastics experience. They will work on basic gymnastics skills. They will also work on strength, coordination and balance.
Class time: 1 hour. Cost: $45 per month.

Hot Shots:
Ages 4 to 7. By invitation only. This class is for the younger girls who are a little more advanced with at least 1 year gymnastics experience. They will be working on skills that will lead them to the young Pre-Team class.
Class time: 1 1/2 hours. Cost: $50 per month.

Young Pre-Team:
Ages 6 to 8. By invitation only. This class is designed for those who have been in Hot Shots for at least 1 year and are ready to work toward the Competition level.
Class time: 1 1/2 hours. Cost: $50 per month.

Advanced Beginner:
Ages 8 and up. This class is for girls who have had at least 6 months gymnastics experience. They will build on their basic skills and continue to learn new skills. Must test into this class.
Class time: 1 1/2 hours. Cost: $50 per month.

Advanced Boys Team:
Ages 7 and up. This is a boys class for those who are working towards the Competition level. They should have at least 6 months gymnastics experience. Must test into this class.
Class time: 1 hour. Cost: $45 per month.

Level 4/Pre-Team:
Ages 7 and up. This is the class for girls preparing for competition and those who are already competing on the Level 4 Team. Level 4 is the beginning level of competition.
Class time: 2 hours. Cost: $55 per month.

Level 5/Optional:
Ages 7 and up. This is the second and third higher levels of competition. It is for those who have had at least one year of competition.
Class time: 2 hours. Cost: $55 per month.
